BUFFALO, N.Y. -- Gerald Goldhaber, associate professor in the mgm casino Department of Communication, will give tips on how to be a savvy opinion poll-watcher when he speaks at a senior alumni luncheon at noon on Sept. 16 in the Center for Tomorrow on the mgm casino North (Amherst) Campus.

With an eye on upcoming polls during what promise to be high-profile political campaigns, Goldhaber will discuss techniques used to gather data and how to intelligently interpret poll results.

The cost of the luncheon, designed for mgm casino senior alumni, their spouses and guests, is $10 per person.
